Children's Stories
Our app is where we house our library of children's stories in Kabuverdianu. There is no charge to sign up. New Stories are released regularly. Our stories now have a new feature_ Linking!
Linking
In all of our stories you will notice key words or phrases that link to our dictionary. These are words selected to help you get a better grasp of the story. Our Dictionary is available in 3 languages for a small monthly subscription
Word Lists
These are curated lists of basic words for a different scenarios and subjects. From family and friends to gardening curated lists are released monthly to help you have a quick reference when you just need to brush up on a subject. We even feature an explanation of the ALUPEC with audio support so that you can hear the pronunciation of each letter of the Alphabet.
Dictionary
- 3 languages: Our dictionary can be searched in English, Portuguese and Kabuverdianu (Kriolu).
- Pronunciation Guide
- Audio Support: Audio clips to hear how the word is pronounced in Kriolu. Audio Support in English will be released soon.
- Linking: Our Dictionary also features links to words that are synonyms, related words and alternate pronunciations. This will help you to expand your vocabulary even more.
- Words of the day: Every day words are featured to help self-guided learning.
